Small Group Personal Training is the perfect fit between attending our Fitness Camps and having a 1-2-1 Personal Trainer.

The Small Group Training program is designed to get you Insane results, but whilst working in a small group environment.

Allowing you plenty of close attention from a trainer, but with the added motivation of working with a small group. Our Small group training makes having a Personal Trainer more affordable.
